01Prepare the details that prevent delays
Have your device model, operating system and player name ready. Use an email address you can access and choose the viewing preferences that matter to you. MAG users should use the device MAC address requested by the portal setup.
A submitted request is not an immediate activation guarantee. Keep the reference shown after acceptance; your access details confirm the available trial period and setup instructions.
02Test your actual viewing priorities
Write a short list before you start: for example Australian news, an AFL or NRL programme, cricket coverage, a movie, family viewing or a preferred international language. Search the supplied catalogue and confirm the exact items you need.
A broad sports category does not guarantee every competition or event. If a fixture takes place outside your trial period, ask support specifically about it rather than drawing a conclusion from a poster or category name.
03Check usability as well as picture quality
Try changing channels, opening the programme guide, selecting subtitles and resuming on-demand playback where supported. Check sound through your normal TV speakers or sound system.
Run the test from the room and network you normally use, preferably at your usual viewing time. Note any difference between live and on-demand playback.
04Choose after checking the full price
Select the number of simultaneous connections your household needs. Compare the upfront total and duration, including any separate player fee. AUD estimates and USD settlement are explained beside the plans.
Keep your trial notes if you contact support. Specific observations make it easier to resolve a setup issue before a purchase.
Try it on your own screen.
