01Identify your operating system
Find the model name in your device settings. Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Google TV and Fire TV use different software and app stores. A guide for an Android television will not necessarily apply to a Samsung television.
For a streaming stick connected to a TV, use the stick’s operating system rather than the television brand. On a computer, note whether you use Windows or macOS.
02Choose a player before entering access details
A player displays the service; installing it does not create your subscription. Check whether it accepts the login format supplied with your trial. Some players require a separate app purchase or activation fee.
Use your device’s official store or the publisher’s verified distribution route. If you are unsure, choose the player recommendation option in our trial form and wait for the instructions for your exact device.
03Match the login method
A server address, username and password belong in the corresponding account fields. A full M3U link belongs in a playlist field. A MAG portal device uses the portal details and the device identity requested during activation.
Do not mix parts of these methods or paste access links into a public website to test them. Keep account information private and copy addresses carefully without trailing spaces.
04Complete a useful first check
After the catalogue loads, test live television, on-demand playback, sound and the remote controls. Check your local time and programme guide. Start with one device before testing additional simultaneous connections.
If something fails, note the exact error and your player name. Our device guides below cover the common starting points, and support can help with details specific to your equipment.
Try it on your own screen.
