Request a trial for this device ↗01Confirm that this is a portal device
Check the device model and the portal settings available on it. A MAG-style portal workflow differs from a player that asks for a username and password. Instructions for one should not be applied blindly to the other.
Before making changes, record your current configuration privately so you can restore it. Ask support if the device is managed or locked by another provider.
02Supply the correct MAC address
Select MAG Box in the trial form. Enter the device MAC address required by the portal setup, using the format shown on the device. Do not substitute your router’s address or an identifier from a different screen.
The form uses a MAC-address flow for this device instead of asking which player you use. Accurate device details are needed to associate access with the intended box.
03Enter the portal details supplied to you
Wait for the portal address and activation instructions for your request. Enter the exact address in the appropriate portal configuration, save it, and restart or reload the portal as directed.
Do not guess a server address or repurpose a playlist URL as a portal address. If activation fails, check the supplied address and the MAC associated with the request.
04Test and keep a useful support record
After the portal loads, test channel navigation, live playback and the programme guide. Check the device clock and home network if listings or playback behave unexpectedly.
Send support the model, request reference and the error shown. Avoid posting portal access information publicly. Confirm any multi-device restrictions before choosing additional connections.
Try it on your own screen.
Check your preferred content and home setup before choosing a subscription.
