01Count streams playing at the same time
One connection means one active stream at a time. Installing a compatible player on several devices does not increase that allowance. A television playing in the lounge and a tablet playing in another room require two simultaneous connections.
Count the screens that overlap in your household rather than every device you own. Our pricing selector lets you compare one to five connections.
02Switching devices is different from sharing streams
If you move from the television to another device, stop playback on the first one. Closing a menu is not always the same as ending playback. If access reports a connection limit, close the previous stream and allow it to end before retrying.
Check any device-specific or portal restrictions with support before planning a multi-device setup. A portal activation can differ from a player that accepts a username and password.
03Read the total for your chosen period
A twelve-month price divided by twelve is a comparison figure, not an offer to pay that amount each month. Compare the full subscription total, number of connections and duration together.
AUD figures on this website are estimates converted from the USD plan total using the dated exchange rate shown. The shared checkout charges USD; a card issuer may use another rate or add fees.
04Test the household before a longer commitment
During testing, check the devices you actually intend to use. If an additional connection is important, ask support about testing that setup rather than assuming a single-device trial demonstrates it.
Player activation fees are separate from service access. Include those in your comparison and keep a copy of the plan and payment terms shown before paying.
