The details that make a difference
Devices with the same brand can use different operating systems. A Samsung or LG TV is not the same as Android TV. Tell us the exact model rather than installing an app because its name looks familiar.
Using a MAG or portal device?
Select MAG Box in the trial form and enter the MAC address shown in the portal settings. These devices use a different setup from a username-and-password player. Keep any account credentials private.
Apple TV, NVIDIA Shield, Formuler and other options are also listed in the trial form. A listed device is a starting point for setup assistance, not a guarantee that every model or app version is compatible.
