01A playlist link is a complete address
An M3U playlist link is entered into a player’s playlist or URL field. It may contain account credentials inside the address, so treat the whole link as private. A playlist is not a general website login.
Copy the supplied link exactly. A missing character, inserted line break or trailing space can prevent it from loading. Do not use online link-checking tools that would receive your private account URL.
02A server login separates the details
An Xtream-style player login normally has fields for a server address, username and password, plus an optional display name for your own reference. Use the exact values and scheme supplied with your account.
Do not paste the complete M3U link into the server field or guess a port number. If you received a different access format, ask support which option to select.
03Portal devices use another flow
A MAG-style portal setup is separate from these player account fields. It can require a portal address and activation against the device MAC address. Use the device-specific instructions supplied for that request.
Do not assume a login format can be changed by renaming the fields. Confirm compatibility before paying for an app or replacing equipment.
04Troubleshoot without sharing secrets
Check spelling, whitespace, account status and the selected login method. Then record the error message and the player version. An authentication error calls for a different check from a playback buffering problem.
Contact support with your request reference and device details. Avoid including a full playlist, password or access screenshot with visible credentials.
Try it on your own screen.
